SHIPMENT
WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can receive your purchase at the shipping address you have indicated or, if you wish, you can indicate a delivery address different from the customer's address.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
From the moment of purchase, the estimated delivery time is 48/72 hours, except for personalized products, which are 3 working days. For shipments abroad, the Balearic and Canary Islands (check according to destination). During sales periods, this delivery time may be affected.

HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?
  • Spain (mainland only): 3.90 Euros
  • For other destinations, when processing the order and before proceeding to payment, the website will indicate the shipping costs that apply to the destination of the merchandise.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, indicating that your package has left our store. When the courier processes your shipment, they will inform you of your order tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.

RETURN POLICY
The return period for all our online orders or in-store purchases is 30 calendar days from receipt by the customer. If you wish to return a purchase in-store, you only have to manage it in the store.
 
If you wish to return an online order, please go to our online store www.pirinins.com and in your customer profile you can request it under “Merchandise returns” and we will tell you how to proceed.
 
The order must be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed. Returns of any item that has been used will not be accepted, so please make sure to check it carefully before the 30-day period so that you can request a return in a timely manner if it is not as you expected, if you have mistakenly received an item that you did not request instead of the item ordered, or if it has a manufacturing defect. Returns due to manufacturing defects will not be accepted after the established date has passed, or if the manufacturing defect is detected after the item has been used.
When we receive the items and check that they have arrived in perfect condition, we will refund the amount through the payment method used for the purchase, or we will issue a voucher with no expiration date if you prefer.

Shipping costs for the initial order will not be refunded. Pirinins does not assume the cost of return (secondary shipping cost).


Personalized items cannot be returned. Outlet items cannot be returned.
Instagram is not the established channel to request a return or submit a claim, nor is it the channel to formalize an order, so Pirinins is not responsible for return requests made through Instagram since it is not a management tool and does not provide the necessary support for this.
